PRICING
All published prices are in $AUD and are Ex GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.
CREDIT
Non account customers can pay for goods with order by Cash or T/T or by bank deposit (proof of deposit by way of fax) - as arranged at time of ordering. If a credit card is used, Seldrum Corp. may apply a small fee. For more information please contact our Credit Department. Credit Application is available upon request. On approval accounts to be paid within 14 days of invoice. On special approval accounts to be paid strictly within 30 days of invoice.
ORDERING PROCEDURES
We recommend online, e-mail, faxed or written orders.
Orders by Phone must have an Order Number.
Any errors as a result of a phone order are the liability of the purchaser.
ORDERING DISCREPANCY
If there is a discrepancy between the packing list and the merchandise received, please notify our Order Desk within 48 hours of delivery.
SHIPPING
All goods are supplied FOB our warehouse or shipping point. Seldrum will select the shipping method unless stipulated by purchaser. All freight charges are to be met by purchaser unless otherwise pre-arranged.
For your protection, all shipments should be inspected prior to acceptance from the carrier at the time of delivery. All shipping damage claims are to be made to the carrier.
RETURNS
No returns will be accepted unless approved first by Seldrum Corp.
Each return must be allocated a Return authorization number beforehand.
Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking charge and must be in good condition.
A detailed explanation of any faulty product will be requested along with sample copies.
Seldrum will not accept any consequential or ongoing costs resulting from faulty products.
Seldrum will not accept any freight charges on goods returned. Freight charge will be reimbursed if the goods are proved by Seldrum Corp and its technical advisers to be either faulty or sent in error.
No returns will be accepted for non stock items or special orders, unless Seldrum Corp's supplier agrees to accept the goods back also. In the case of Seldrum Corp's supplier agreeing to accept goods back, all fees and charges must be met by the Seldrum Customer returning the goods.
No returns will be accepted for negligent workmanship or handling. Examples: Installing a new drum with an old blade, leaving toner in a hot environment etc.
No returns accepted for goods invoiced for more than 30 days.
