These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.


Pricing


All prices quoted are in AUD and exclusive of GST. Pricing is subject to variation without notice.


Credit Approval


All accounts will be subject to satisfactory trade credit references and a 3 month Payment on Order basis. *3mth trading period can be waived or altered.
In placing an order with Seldrum, the buyer placing the order or providing their credit details, agree to Seldrum obtaining a credit report.


Payment Terms


Trading terms are strictly payment on order for non-accounts and strictly 30 days from statement for accounts, unless otherwise advised. Overdue accounts or accounts that have exceeded their credit limits may be placed on stop credit until payment is received.
All new buyers are required to transact on a Payment on Order basis for 3 months, before Seldrum will consider a credit account. *3mth trading period can be waived or altered
Payments can be made by cheque, cash, and direct deposit, Mastercard, Visa or Amex. Amex payments will incur a 3% surcharge.


Ordering Process


We recommend all orders be emailed with an order number and part numbers. Orders by phone must also have an order number and part numbers issued. Any errors as a result of a phone order are the liability of the buyer. Seldrum takes no responsibility for incorrect items shipped if no PO and/or part numbers were issued. A re-stocking fee may apply to incorrect product received if no emailed order was issued.


Freight


All freight charges are to be met by the customer unless otherwise pre-arranged.
If delivery address is un-attended at time of delivery, a re-delivery charge may be charged to Seldrum. In some cases this re-delivery charge may be passed on to the buyer.


Returns

No returns will be accepted without prior approval from Seldrum.
Each return must be allocated a Return Authorization Number prior to return and must be returned to Seldrum within 7 days from date of RA.
Returned goods must be in good condition and a 20% re-stocking fee may apply.
All returns need to be organised by the receiver at their cost. Seldrum will not accept any freight charges on goods returned.
Freight charge to customer will be credited if the goods are proved by Seldrum and its technical advisers to be either faulty or sent in error with an emailed purchase order on file.
No returns will be accepted for Non Stock Items ordered in specially, unless Seldrum`s supplier agrees to accept the goods back also. Any charges must be met by the buyer returning the goods.
Faulty items will only be credited after Seldrum and/or OEM supplier has confirmed fault.
No returns will be accepted for negligent workmanship or handling.
No returns will be accepted for goods invoiced for more than 30 days.
